It doesn’t have to be a hard out session that ends in you on the floor clutching in pain. They have their purpose but you can’t do that every day. But you can stretch, go for a run, walk, pushups, yoga or body weight movements.

So even if you don’t feel like get off your ass, put down the phone and think of this.
