What it’s simply telling us is that you have to lift HEAVY if you want to really progress. Heavy doesn’t mean going all-out crazy on your workouts.
It simply means using a weight that is heavy enough to give you a challenging workout. 70-80% effort and more importantly, the weight has to progressively become HEAVIER. Each week it increases in the smallest amount 1kg, 2kg, 5kg play the long game to STRENGTH
